Carnell have used their innovative filter drain refurbishment process STONEmaster for Osborne as part of the AIGOL (Aggregate Industries & Geoffrey Osborne Limited) consortium. AIGOL were part of the £250 million ‘Midlands Framework 4' contract awarded by the Highways Agency.
