Scotland TranServ is a Joint Venture between Balfour Beatty and Mouchel.  They are the Operating Company responsible for the management & maintenance of the Trunk Road Network in North-West Scotland.  Carnell have undertaken filter drain refurbishment work for them to improve the performance of their roadside drainage asset.
