The long-standing relationship between Telent and Carnell goes back to 1998 with ad-hoc support on various RMC contracts leading to Carnell's involvement on the first TechMAC, awarded to Telent in the West-Midlands.  At present Carnell continue to provide a fully project managed service in the Nort-West TechMAC and are a key supply chain partner for the national roll-out of ANPR sites.
