Investment into Performance Management

In an effort to drive improvements in efficiency and output across the company, Carnell have recently appointed Sally Tyson as Performance Manager.

With a background in delivering performance and management information in the utilities sector, Sally and her team will work closely with all departments, to help them measure and understand current performance levels, whilst implementing initiatives to encourage continual improvement.
