CHAS Accreditation

Carnell have become accredited within the Contractors Health & safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) having demonstrated compliance with and sound management of basic health and safety legislation.

Director of Health & Safety David Rhodes commented "CHAS applies a consistent benchmark to all applicants and so approval guarantees Carnell's ability to meet a nationally recognised and accepted threshold."

Developed by the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) and Local Authorities, the standard is used by an increasing number of both public and private sector clients.  Buyers can be confident that suppliers are able to meet their requirements, whilst suppliers save resources during pre-qualification.
