As a member of The 5% Club, Carnell are committed to ensuring that at least 5% of our workforce are either apprentices, on company sponsored student programmes or company graduate programmes.
Carnell have been providing apprenticeships since 2014. In that time, we have delivered more than 45 opportunities across a wide range of disciplines both in the office and on site.
Each apprentice has their own mentor who will support them to maximise their potential within Carnell and the wider industry.
