Carnell’s ‘Customer Service in HE Extended Supply Chain’ has won the Customer Experience category, at the 7th Highways England Supplier Recognition Scheme Awards.
This award recognises suppliers with an industry leading commitment to customer service, by developing the customer relationship and using their feedback to improve the customer experience.
In support of the submission Adrian Oulds, Highways England’s Head of Service Delivery in the East Midlands said “Carnell have responded to the HE’s Customer Imperative and embedded a customer culture within their organisation. Their approach is exemplary for a SME, who do not have the benefit of dedicated customer service teams.”
The Supplier Recognition Scheme Awards ceremony took place at the Midland Hotel, Manchester on 20th March 2018.
