What You’ll Do

✅ Lead on-site inductions and refresher training

✅ Promote a safety-first culture and lead by example

✅ Support operational teams with hands-on SHEQ coaching

✅ Carry out audits and collaborate with management to meet training and compliance needs

Please note: This role involves regular night work and travel across UK sites.

 What We’re Looking For

• Experience in civil engineering, ideally highways
• NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate
• CSCS card
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong communication, coaching, and influencing skills
