A full time vacancy has arisen for a pro-active, experienced Receptionist/Office Administrator to join the team at our Head Office in Penkridge. This busy and varied role will involve taking calls, general office administration, secretarial duties and assisting with visitors.
This role would ideally suit someone with a bright and friendly manner who enjoys dealing with a variety of people throughout the day, and who is organised and able to think on their feet.
Experience in Microsoft Office programmes
Good customer Service Skills, particular confident on the telephone
Good Excel and Microsoft application skills
Is educated to GCSE level or equivalent including English and Maths
Has experience of making admin arrangements for large and complex events
Scanning invoices / credit notes to One-drive folder and marking them closed
Updating various Excel files
Checking and reconciling vendor statements
