Rich Marshall joins Carnell as Engineering Director

Carnell is delighted to welcome Rich Marshall as our new Engineering Director. Rich joins us following an extensive career spanning nearly two decades at National Highways, where he held a series of senior leadership roles.

Working primarily within the Yorkshire and North East region, Rich began as Regional Operations Manager before taking on a secondment to the Olympic Delivery Authority, contributing to the delivery of the London 2012 Games. On his return, he became Regional Director, and in 2021 he moved into a national role as Transformation and Performance Director, shaping strategy at the highest level.

Carnell Managing Director Andrew Sharp commented on the appointment:
