Carnell is proud to announce that we have received the Armed Forces Covenant: Employer Recognition Scheme Silver Award, recognising our continued commitment to supporting members of the Armed Forces community.
This prestigious award celebrates organisations that demonstrate exceptional advocacy and practical support for those who serve, or have served, in the Armed Forces. At Carnell, we take great pride in fostering an inclusive environment where veterans, reservists, and service families are valued for the unique skills, experience, and dedication they bring to our industry.
The Silver Award reflects the actions we have taken to uphold the principles of the Armed Forces Covenant, from providing flexible working arrangements for reservists to creating meaningful employment opportunities for service leavers transitioning into civilian life.
The award ceremony took place at the National Memorial Arboretum, a fitting and inspiring venue that honours service and sacrifice. Representing Carnell at the event were Steve Penn, Social Value Lead, and Emily Kenyon, HR Advisor, who were delighted to accept the award on behalf of the company.
