Carnell Awarded Investors in Diversity Silver Accreditation
Carnell is proud to announce that we have achieved the Investors in Diversity Silver Award, a significant milestone in our journey toward creating a more inclusive, respectful, and equitable workplace for all.
The Investors in Diversity framework, developed by the National Centre for Diversity, recognises organisations that are committed to embedding strong values and behaviours around Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement (FREDIE). The Silver Award is granted only to businesses that can demonstrate real, measurable progress in fostering positive culture change throughout the organisation.
For Carnell, this achievement reflects the dedication of our teams and leaders in ensuring that every colleague feels valued, supported, and able to thrive. It also reinforces our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement as we work towards achieving the Gold standard in the future.
Business Director, Adrian Oulds, commented:
“Achieving the Investors in Diversity Silver Award is a fantastic recognition of the effort we have put into making Carnell a truly inclusive place to work. It demonstrates how far we’ve already come, but also motivates us to keep improving. We want everyone at Carnell to feel that they belong, and that their voice matters.”
This accreditation marks another step forward in strengthening our culture, supporting our people, and building a workplace that champions diversity across all levels of the business.
