What a way to wrap up National Customer Service Week! John and Graham are our Customer Service Heroes. As supervisors in the East region, they were recognised at the Asset Community East Awards last night, winning the Customer Experience of the Year category.

The awards booklet described how ‘Graham and John have been nominated for going above and beyond, reacting to customers in need who have broken down or become confused in roadworks. They are role models to others in assisting road users, reflecting National Highways customer service strategy which says, “Everyone in our business helps in inspiring and empowering our people to work together to improve customer experience”.’
